Remember, we are all meant to move our bodies - our bodies love to be moved - whether that's taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking, biking, dancing, or of course classic workouts at the gym. The goal is to live an active lifestyle, however that fits for you! Also, it's so important to fuel your body and understand how it works. This has made such a difference for me! 



Tips summarized: 
- Consistency 
- Fueling your body properly 
- Intention and mindfulness
- Motivation & finding inspiration 
- Set goals
- Focus on cardio for fat loss
- Look good, feel great, perform better
- Remember to stretch
- Focus on HEALTH
